Visuals

* Please keep in mind the 2024 Town Meeting article is for ZONING only, not for a specific PROJECT. *

To put this site and zoning into perspective, the following visuals provide a sample layout on site and sample elevations — these are very preliminary, based only on initial feedback that people generally liked the barn design as an example at the new Extra Storage facility on Route 20 next to Sudbury Whole Foods (designed to look like a barn since it’s next to the large geranium farm) as well as a nod to the historic red barn up the road from this site on Route 30 in Wayland.

So to be clear, no building has been designed yet, these are only preliminary images. The developer has stated that he will proactively work with the Town on any future actual design to meet Wayland goals and village aesthetics, if the zoning is successful.
